Find your practice
Move, breathe, strengthen, soften, explore.
Our classes range from dynamic Vinyasa and heated Pilates to mobility, strength, Yin and deep rest. Every class is an invitation to meet yourself where you are — with options to explore, modify and make the practice your own.
New here? You don't need to be flexible, experienced or know what you're doing. Just come as you are.

FLOW
Move • Breathe • Energise
-
A dynamic practice linking breath with movement. Each teacher brings their own creativity, experience and style, so no two classes are exactly the same. Expect thoughtful sequencing, opportunities to build strength and mobility, and space to explore your practice beyond the physical.
(*Warm classes are practised in a gently heated room — just enough to create a comfortable environment for the body to warm, move and open with ease. The intention isn’t intense heat, but to support the natural warmth you build through your practice.) -
Inspired by the movement, strength and freedom of surfing. This warm, dynamic flow focuses on the areas surfers — and modern bodies — need most: hips, shoulders, spine, core, balance and mobility. Expect fluid movement, functional strength and plenty of space to move in ways that feel good.
You don't need to surf to join us.
-
Inspired by the traditional Ashtanga Yoga method, this class explores a more structured sequence of postures connected through breath and movement. Expect repetition, rhythm, strength and focus, with space to modify and experience the practice in your own body.
A beautiful class for anyone curious about traditional yoga while still wanting an accessible, guided practice.
-
A space for practice without needing to fit neatly into one style.
Our weekend Yoga classes draw from Vinyasa, Hatha and the individual teacher's experience, allowing them to respond to the energy and needs of the room. Some mornings may feel strong and flowing; others slower and more grounding. Expect mindful movement, breath and a practice designed for the humans who actually showed up that day.
STRENGTH + EXPLORE
Challenge • Play • Progress
-
Slow things down and get curious about how you move.
This workshop-style yoga class creates space to explore alignment, technique and the details we don't always have time for in a flowing practice. Expect demonstrations, props, individual guidance and optional hands-on adjustments to help you better understand postures and discover what works for your body.
Come with questions. Leave knowing your practice a little better.
-
Less about how a posture looks. More about how movement feels.
Body Consciousness is an exploratory practice combining floor work, yoga, capoeira, contemporary dance, and somatic awareness.
-
Meet one of our favourite yoga props: the wall.
Using the wall for support, resistance and feedback, we'll explore familiar postures in completely new ways. It can help you understand alignment, access deeper stretches, build strength, challenge balance and safely explore shapes that might otherwise feel inaccessible.
Expect curiosity, creativity and probably a few "ohhh, that's what that's supposed to feel like" moments.
-
Not quite yoga. Not quite the gym. Welcome to the Lab.
Balance Lab blends yoga, functional movement, mobility, strength, flexibility and playful skill work. Using weights, bands, blocks and bodyweight, we'll build strength through greater ranges of motion and work towards things like deeper mobility, inversions, arm balances and movement skills.
You don't need to be able to do the "advanced" thing to come. The point is to explore, progress and discover what your body is capable of.
-
Our heated Pilates classes blend strength, control and full-body movement, with each style bringing a slightly different focus. Expect a strong, energising practice designed to build strength, stability and endurance.
STRENGTH — Slower, controlled and strong. Heavier weights, fewer repetitions and a focus on building strength with intention.
SWEAT — Lighter weights, higher repetitions and a quicker pace. Expect to build heat, endurance and, as the name suggests, sweat.
SCULPT — Strength meets cardio. A dynamic full-body practice combining Pilates-inspired movement, resistance and bursts of cardio to leave you feeling strong and energised.
All Pilates classes are practised in a slightly heated room.
SLOW + RESTORE
Soften • Release • Reset
-
An invitation to do less.
This slow, nourishing practice blends Yin Yoga with deeply supported restorative postures. Longer holds, props, breath and stillness create space for the body to soften and the nervous system to settle.
Perfect when life feels full, your body is tired, or you simply need permission to stop doing for a while.
No flexibility required. No experience required. Rest is the practice.
-
Part self-massage, part mindful movement, part exhale.
Using myofascial release balls, we'll explore areas of tension and restriction before weaving that new space into gentle, slow movement. Expect rolling, mobility, stretching, breath and an unhurried flow designed to help you leave feeling a little more spacious than when you arrived.
The perfect end-of-week reset.
